AC100
Jesmonite AC100 is a water-based composite material used to make decorative moulded objects. It is safe to use and contains no solvents or VOC’s. It can be cast and laminated using our unique Quadaxial Glass.

AC200
Jesmonite AC200 is a water-based composite material which is ideally suited to making masters and prototypes prior to moulding. It sets to a hard but easily carved surface and can be shaped using a variety of tools including CNC, routers, chisels etc.

Information
- Provides an adaptable, mouldable carving medium that is safe and easy to use for all modelling and prototyping applications.
- Retains excellent edge detail and dimensional stability.
- No degradation of polystyrene (EPS) substrates thus releasing the full potential of EPS as a lightweight and cheap means to large scale sculpture and masters.
- Works as an excellent machinable adhesive for EPS & PU model boards.

AC300
Jesmonite AC300 is a water-based composite material used to make decorative moulded objects. It has a lower resin content than AC100 for cost sensitive applications where our AC100 may be over specified. It can be cast and laminated using our unique Quadaxial Glass.

AC730
Jesmonite AC730 is a rapid setting acrylic modified cementitious composite. The system is primarily designed for glass reinforced, lightweight, hand laminated decorative applications, but it can also be used for small decorative castings.

Information
- Shrinkage compensated material of low permeability.
- Durable in all conditions of external weathering including water features.
- Reduced free-lime content, with low alkalinity, leading to major reductions in efflorescence in comparison with ordinary Portland cement systems.
- Contains a fine decorative aggregate and powder pigments, carefully controlled to give a consistent decorative surface finish after treatment with a proprietary brick cleaner or acid etch.

Kit sizes ranging from 6kg to 1,200kg. A bespoke colour matching service is offered in addition to our eight standard stone finishes of Natural Stone, Bathstone, Yellow Sandstone, White Marble, Portland Stone, Silver Grey Granite, Old Terracotta and Charcoal Black.
AC830
Jesmonite AC830 is a rapid setting acrylic modified cementitious composite. The material is designed to be used for all cast stone and wet cast applications and is supplied with a separate plasticiser to aid flow, reduce shrinkage and cracking during curing, and enhance final strengths and thus ultimate durability.

Information
- Very high durability in all conditions of external weathering including water features, statuary, cast stone decorative building elements etc.
- Can be custom matched to wide range of bespoke building colours using the appropriate UV stable oxide pigments.
- Self-levelling technology negates the need for vibration equipment for air free castings – simply brush the material onto the mould and pour.
- Compatible with a wide range of fibre reinforcements such as PVA Fibres, Alkali Resistant Quadaxial Glass and Polypropylene Fibres to enhance durability.

AC930
Jesmonite AC930 is a rapid setting acrylic modified cementitious composite. The material is supplied as an economic alternative to AC730 and is pale grey in colour. The system is designed specifically for Glass Reinforced Cement (GRC) applications and the material conforms to BS/EN 1170 when used with alkali resistant glass reinforcements.

- Shrinkage compensated material of low permeability.
- Durable in all external weather conditions.
- Reduced free lime content, with low alkalinity resulting in low efflorescence and higher retention of glass reinforcement strength.
- Meets and exceeds the very highest BS/EN1170 specification for the testing of Glass Reinforced Cement.

Flex Metal Gel Coats
Jesmonite Flex Metal Gel Coats are the latest development in Jesmonite materials. They are formulated using real metal powder to create the ultimate replication of metal in moulded materials. They are four finishes available and they are fully compatible with AC730 and AC830 as a cast or laminated back up.

Information
- Utilises our unique Flex Resin technology to create the first and only water based metallic gel coat system.
- Metals can be infinitely mixed and pigmented to further expand the palette of finishes.
- Ex-mould surfaces can be polished with fine grades of wire wool to reveal the metal powders by hand or polishing machinery can be used with our metallic polishing heads.
- Metallic surfaces can be waxed, sealed or have a patina applied just like real metal.

Kit sizes range from 650g to 13kg. There are four metal finishes – Bronze, Brass, Copper, and Silver Bronze.
